Researching a competitor means opening site after site and piecing the picture together yourself. It takes hours, and founders, product teams and marketers end up making decisions on a patchy view of the market.

02 · Solution

Veridex is a competitor analysis tool. You look up a competitor and get a consolidated view of who they are and how they position themselves, ready to compare and act on. It saves hours of manual research and helps teams decide faster where they stand.

   Research

   Studied how founders, product teams and marketers research competitors today, and where that process wastes time.

2. 02

   Project requirements

   Turned the research into clear requirements for what a single consolidated competitor view must contain.

3. 03

   System design

   Designed the system architecture, the ERD and the data model before writing any code.

4. 04

   API

   Built the backend API that takes a competitor and returns a consolidated profile, with interactive API docs.

5. 05

   User interface

   Built a Streamlit interface on top of the API so anyone can search a competitor and read the result.

6. 06

   Testing

   Tested the API and the interface end to end before release.

7. 07

   Deployment

   Deployed the frontend and the backend as separate services on Render.
